Inner cover states translation for Americans by Claude Kosmann ( written in French); “Sometimes She Screams In Her Sleep “ and “ No Longer Will I Close An Opaque Door”. Robert Motherwell’s Sepia and black ink toned etching “ Untitled” is on the last page. This copy of the limited 200 edition run is believed to be an artist proof due to it’s distinct size 11 X 15 (folded 22 x 15) known through the Catalogue Raisonne’ ( pg 95) to be the size and paper used for the proofs. Excellent condition, light handling marks to cover.
