Shipping Invoice for Distant Buyers

Timeline: 48 to 72 Hours from Payment Registration

Details: Winning bidders farther than a 25-mile radius from our High Falls, NY location will receive a shipping invoice for smaller items, which we pack at no charge. Larger items requiring freight carriers are the buyer's responsibility.

Receive Invoice

Timeline: Shortly After Auction Close

Details: Winning bidders will receive an email invoice. Online payments can take up to 48 business hours to process.

Item Shipment

Timeline: Within 48 Business Hours from Shipping Invoice Payment

Details: Once the shipping invoice is paid, items are shipped within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Bidders will receive tracking information via email.

Item Pickup

Timeline: Within 7 Days from Auction End

Details: All winning items must be picked up within 7 days from the auction end unless otherwise approved by Scott Daniel's Auction. Items not picked up within 30 days will incur a $5 per day, per lot charge. Items exceeding 90 days will be forfeited without a refund.
