The auction will take place at our High Falls, NY location, and live online.

Previews will be held both at our location and online through Zoom or Facebook, by appointment.

We take people's health seriously and due to current restrictions recommended by the CDC regarding COVID – seating is limited and reservations are required.  We suggest making your reservations as early as possible!

The John Novi Collection
John was the owner and chef of the world-famous Canal House in High Falls, New York.  With an appreciation of not only fine food, but for antiquities, art, and collectibles.  John was featured on many magazine covers, featuring his eatery and countless articles that featured items he selected to add to the ambiance of his establishment.

The Alex Shear Collection
Alex Shear was considered to be the ultimate collector of Americana, Ketch, and Anti-Establishment items.  He amassed a collection of over 100,000 pieces - considered to be the world's largest collection of its type in private hands. He acquired pieces for his collection not based on monetary value but on cultural value. His passion for one-of-a-kind, to unique designs, to offbeat, to politically incorrect, and art with a purpose.  He viewed the value of an object based on its impact on society and the potential cultural shift attributed to the period.  Alex Shear died after being struck by a tour bus in Manhattan in 2014 while developing the museum.
