1871 Ulster County Business Directory with map, names of residents, businesses, population, and history.  Published just after the cessation of the Civil War identifying local merchants and enterprises. There are multiple references about this publication online and its historical importance.
 
There is only one other example available for purchase but that one is missing the map and the residents list!  Although it does have the remnants of the original cover.
