A topless mermaid is made of rubber, and when you turn the crank on the bottom she rotates her hips seductively. The back has a printed picture of an undersea scene with fish and seaweed.

Made of super thin clear plastic, with rubber insert, and a metal crank. Measures about 2.5" across and .5" thick. There are scratches in the plastic and some yellowing and dirt. It is marked "Merm", "P.S.C." , and "1951" on the back.
