Shipping & Pickup of items from our High Falls, NY location

Pickup of items can be scheduled by calling us at (845)372-4787.  We request 24 hours notice of pickup so that we can have items easily accessible.



Whenever possible we provide in-house packing of items (commonly referred to as IN HOUSE SHIPPING).  This is for smaller items that can be mailed by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  It saves our clients on average 30% compared to having an outside source for packing such as a UPS Store.  Basically, we supply all required shipping material for FREE, along with the labor to pack the item(s). 

Items that require specialized packing due to insurance requirements will be brought by us to the  UPS Store, and packed by them.  Please note that although we will deliver it to them, they may take several days to provide you with a cost and several more days for them to ship the item once the packing and shipping charges are paid.

The actual carrier cost charged by the shipping service is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  All items are shipped insured which is included with the price charged to the buyer.

When the packing and delivery label is completed, we will email tracking information to the buyer.



Securing transportation for large items such as furniture, large-scale art, etc., is the responsibility of the buyer.  We recommend utilizing services such as to get estimates of shipping charges.  Remember to only use highly rated carriers with multiple positive feedback, when making your selection.

Paid items should be picked up, or transportation of items secured, within 7 days from the end of the auction.  Paid items will be held in our warehouse for up to 30 days without charge.  Items remaining past 30 days will be charged a fee no greater than $10 per day, per item, for an additional 30 days, unless otherwise agreed to by Scott Daniel’s Auction. Paid items not picked up after 60 days from the end of the auction, will be forfeited along with the payment for those items.


We request that all items be paid for within 24 hours from the end of the auction.
